Great British made quality

I haven’t used the machine yet to comment on its performance, but its quality really is great to see when so often things these days are made poorly and cheaply. Excellent customer service.

Works well

The iron works really well, although I recommend that when purchasing this iron you buy the cover for the steam pipe to protect your arm from the heat of the pipe.
