No customer service

Stream press doesn't produce steam. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I've filled out costumer online forms and its rejected. I've telephoned and the number isn't recognised. I have no issue with taking this further

Disappointing

Press works well purchased as it has the attached iron ! Waste of time it’s not fit for the purpose jeeps falling off the stand You can buy a equally good press for less without the iron not impressed at all

Great time safer

I got it as a gift for my partner, and we are very pleased with. The ironing time using this is reduced by 50-75% and that is the opinion after using it for the first time. It will probably get better with experience. It’s amazing for pressing down bedding so it takes up less space. It’s also very sturdy on the stand and hasn’t got long hanging wires, so our toddler won’t be able to pull it down and you can adjust the height so it is out of reach for little fingers. Overall a great spend.

Steam

I had an old steam press and you could steam all your cloths with that but my new one only steams on cotton and linen I have lots of nylon with cotton under and diamonty, s on the top layer that needed To be steamed not possible with this one which was more expensive

Life made easier

Love it

Very quick delivery and I live in an area some won’t deliver to at all. I have arthritis which makes ironing a chore and I did as little as possible. Now having to iron more and this makes it so much easier. Not got the knack of folding big items, but I’m sure it will come.

This is the first time I’ve used an ironing press. Our bed linen is usually sent to the laundry but with rising prices decided that it would be more economic to do it at home. Ironing quilt covers and fitted sheets were always time consuming and awkward to do so I was very pleased to be able to do these relatively easily with my new machine. In four months we would have spent the cost of the machine on laundry bills. I have one disappointment - I found ironing a shirt fiddly - with a traditional iron and board I can iron a shirt very quickly without any creases. I bought a stand but don’t think that essential as it is rather low. The machine was used on a worktop successfully.

Brilliant

So thrilled with my new iron press, I run a small Airbnb and there is a lot of ironing required to keep the accommodation looking tip top, the iron press has made ironing quicker and more enjoyable, bought with the stand and sitting down it's changed my laundry time to a joy!
