We dont have it yet as they wont give us a legit commercial invoice. Only a packing note and customs impounded it. We asked over and over for a commercial invoice and forcthe past 2-3 days we have been completely ignored. Why cant this company provide a commercial invoice. We paid for shipping , not them and we are yet to see a 99GBP refund. If we were happy with the equipment we would have ordered a few more for our small hotel. We are out 400 Gbp and have nothing. We will refute the charge if we cannt clear the consignment in South Africa.
