Great product - saves time

We are using this press for the linens from three short term rental units, it has cut down ironing time by about 60%. You need time to figure out the quickest way to do each item. We can iron pillow cases from wet, and have them pressed and dry super quick using this press. It is just big enough to do king-size bedding damp or dry...not wet, as long as you fold into four, then concertina the duvet cover and place at the back to pull through...its quick even with a dry linen! I have used it for dresses and shirts, again super quick, but recommend watching you tube videos to see the technique. It

OMG! Received yesterday and spent a few hours ironing as I had a lot. The best thing I ever bought. Ironing was fast and easy. The only thing I would suggest is if it came with two gloves as I the plates do get rather hot.

Recommended so far!

In a weeks worth of use, the 101HD seems to be about the best pressing/ironing device we have ever owned. After years of various expensive steam irons this beats all those. It is going to take a while to get used to the new way of doing things but we own 2 Holiday lets and have a large household and its easily 50% quicker than an iron and a lot less taxing. Bed linen is so much easier. The water reservoir leaks when you move the machine so you have to remove it first, and its a big lump so plan somewhere to store it.

Ocupa espacio, aunque no más que una tabla de planchar (tenia miedo por el fondo pero son 52 cm y cabe perfectamente en un armario de cocina). Entrega perfecta en pocos días y muy buen embalado e instrucciones muy claras. Único inconveniente el peso pero para un desplazamiento corto se lleva bien. I have long pondered investing in a steam press. I have done a huge pile of ironing in 30 minutes including trousers with a front crease before going to work. After a little practice I’m sailing through the laundry. Running a holiday rental business and looking after several properties I’m saving money on sending the bedding out to a launderette to wash and press. Simple to use, fast to get to temperature, and once you have the “knack” quick to get the results you want. I’d definitely recommend.

Excellent ironing press if you're a professional tailor looking for a reasonably priced iron press that’s similar to an industrial unit. Heavy weight iron for professional pressing which steams beautifully. Much better then my previous Singer 7 press, can iron fast even my Arthritis hands are no problem

I only like to use steam iron presses. This one was a replacement for a Singer press which I’d had for several years. I have arthritis in my hands and don’t find this iron press too heavy, much better then a iron, really good quality, very fast finish, much quicker then my Singer due to its large size.

Great Press, Great advice from the Ironing Press company. Really good product and much better than our smaller old Elna press. The only negative I have to say is that the courier company they use failed to deliver our product and instead left it at a house 8 miles away. Luckily the people living there contacted the Ironing Press company direct and they then contacted us. We then had to drive there to collect it. I would strongly recommend they change their courier service.

Great & sleek ironing press

It would be nice if you tell people on the product's page that they need to buy a transformer in order to use the steam press in the USA, but they told me about it after I ordered it and offered me a refund if I wanted, which I declined, because thankfully transformers aren't very expensive. Once you get everything together it works real good!

EXCELLENT QUALITY PRESS

The longer length of this press makes pressing large items so much more efficient than my previous small press. It also heats up very quickly and has a really large water tank so can press for very long time without having to refill. Digital screen is very easy to use. Wish had bought it long before, could have saved me so much time. Definitely recommend it.

Dry pressing for fusing interfacing

Love this machine. It is easy to use and gets the job done perfectly. We are using it to fuse interfacing on polyester fabric and use the cotton setting which is hot enough and safe to use with the interfacing fabric. We did have trouble turning it on using our fingers but use our fingernail now or the back of a pen and lightly tap the on/off button and it is working perfectly. Lionel was very nice and helpful and was ready to replace the machine for us when I was having trouble turning it on. I have not used it to steam press yet because we need it for fusing, but I can't wait to try it.

Professional 101 HD

I decided on this press as we have two lodges, we do the washing and ironing of the bedding. Using an Iron was taking ages. We ordered this and it arrived on Thursday 30th August. To say it is a revelation is an understatement. I can now get through the laundry in no time at all and it doesn't seem such a chore anymore, it also saves wear and tear on my hand. So glad that we decided on the bigger press.

Superb product - odd instruction manual!

The steam press is excellent, though I need to practise folding sheets and quilt covers for maximum efficiency. Delighted with product, nonetheless. The instruction manual could do with being re-translated, to address such inscrutables as, “IRON key tacitly agree OFF.”

New speedypress

Delighted with the delivery and arrival of my new ironing press... this is my 3rd press. The 2 previous ones were cheaper, around £156 but they only lasted a couple of years. And were not able to be repaired. I would not recommend a cheaper version. This new press looks much sturdier and I am pleased with the wider opening - higher. It is more expensive but I am pleased with the use so far. We are a family of 4 , not a commercial business.

I previously owned a Singer press bought for under £200 - it was great and lasted abour 2 years, being used once or twice every week for ironing a LOT of linen for my hospitality business. (It's probably fixable, being an electrical short.) No larger cheaper models were available online, so necessity made me reluctantly buy the much dearer appliance. I am not sorry! It is SO much better than the cheap steam press - better heat, better steam and much quieter and smoother to use. It really does an awesome job.

Really great iron

Honestly, once you get used to it (took me a few goes), you'll never go back to a traditional iron again. This machine saves me so much time every week. There are 6 of us in our house and I used to spend hours every week ironing; now it's just so quick and easy that I'll never go back. Truly, they're that good! :-)
