Through thick and thin

I bought these to replace a twin needle from a different manufacturer which broke in its first project. So far the Schmetz is doing brilliantly on both thick and thinner jersey. The service from The Ironing Press Company was 24hr. Delighted with that as it didn't hold up the project.

Unusual Usage

A needle is used to pin a honey bee firmly to an angled cork base. Once fixed the beekeeper is able to dissect the bee under a microscope to determine if it is infected with a tiny mite in its trachea.
