Topstitch
 

• Sizes: 70/10, 80/12, 90/14, 100/16, Assorted 80/12 - 100/16.
• Colour Code: Light Green.
• Coating: Nickel.
• Point Shape: Slightly rounded point.
• Feature: Extra long eye; the particularly long needle eye is 2.0mm in all needle sizes.
• Fabric Use: Topstitch, heavy, multiple or poor quality threads. Achieve perfectly straight stitch lines and even stitches when using a straight stitch plate.
  
  A topstitch needle has a larger eye to accommodate heavier topstitching threads.
  
  Has an extra large eye and large grooves to accommodate topstitch thread. This needle helps stitch perfectly straight lines and even stitches.
  
  Topstitch needles have a very long eye (2mm in all sizes) in comparison to the Universal or Embroidery needle. For top and decorative stitching with multiple threads and also for replacing missing stitches in embroidery but most importantly, to be used when machining with metallic threads.
  
  Use the needle for multi-directional quilting; the thread is guaranteed to glide effortlessly through the long needle eye.
  The needle creates fewer skipped stitches.
  Use the needle for sewing with two or thicker threads as well as for decorative and topstitching work.
